We Are Open-- A Message of Gratitude, Dedication, and Success
April 21st, 2025
With immense pride and heartfelt gratitude, we are thrilled to announce that as of April 19th, 2025, we have officially reopened the final unit in the South Building. This milestone marks a powerful moment in our journey—a symbol of resilience, teamwork, and unwavering dedication. While we still have a few finishing touches ahead—landscaping, grill coverings, accordion doors in some units, the boardwalk, and minor details in a few units—we have come so far in such a short time. Just seven months ago, on September 26th, 2024, Hurricane Helene struck us, followed closely by Milton just ten days later. The road has not been easy, but the results speak volumes.
While many other properties are still waiting on permits, or have yet to hang a single piece of drywall, our Sea Club V community stands tall. Just down the way, 82 units at Jamaica Royale sit gutted, and some properties are even contemplating demolition. But we didn’t just rebuild—we came back stronger. This success is not just about construction—it’s about heart, grit, and the incredible people who made it happen.
I’ve said it before, and it deserves to be said again: this achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our entire team—from Management and Resort Staff to Maintenance, from Housekeeping to the Board of Directors. Everyone went above and beyond their roles. Some worked long hours, others gave up time with family, and many stepped into unfamiliar tasks with grace and determination. In this final stretch, it was all hands on deck—and we crossed the finish line together.
As you return to Sea Club V, or see updates on Facebook, please take a moment to thank those who brought us here. Every smiling staff member you see, every clean room you walk into, and every detail restored—these are all reflections of their tireless work and love for this place. They are not just staff—they are family.
To you, our amazing owners—thank you. Your patience, encouragement, and generosity helped lift our spirits through the most difficult days. From your kind messages to the gift cards and meals sent to our team, you reminded us that we are more than a vacation spot—we are a community. You gave us grace during your own inconveniences, and that made all the difference.
We look forward to welcoming you back home—to a place built not just with tools, but with heart.
Thank you, everyone—from the bottom of our hearts.
Together, we are Sea Club V. Stronger than ever.
