I got home and went on the Internet to see what was available for sale and bought a week. No exchanging this one we'll always be there. We now own two weeks but are only able to use one week at this time. We are so looking forward to the time when we can enjoy a two week stay. We are looking forward to seeing the new rooms this year after the renovations. Everyone and everything at Siesta Key is great. |
| DAVID AND JEN JOHNSON | The place is just gorgeous! Great job management. We like the new granite kitchen counter tops and the wood kitchen cabinets. The granite bathroom is a great improvement. The new tile looks great. All new full size appliances are an improvement and best of all the large 32 inch HD flat screen television in the living room and another one in the bedroom, what an improvement. We have been to many timeshare resorts and this is the best yet. |

As I walked to the beach one day.. a lady asked our attendant who the umbrellas were for... he had told her sea club members... her comment... they get all the good stuff! This couldnt be more true. | ALLIE HAUSFELD | I have been going on Spring Break to Sea Club V for the 13 years I have been living. Every year I look forward to the pool, fun activities, and the hot white sand. My family has never had any complaints or problems. The staff is very friendly and this is a great place for anyone looking for a fun vacation. I would never even think about going anywhere else. This is all in all a great place to stay! |
| KEITH & RITA SMITH | Our first visit to Sea Club V was in 1996 before we were married. We rented a studio unit for Memorial week. We fell in love with the place and each other as we went to Las Vegas in Jan 1997 and married.
We've only missed one year since and that was because we treated our daughters, son-in-laws, and grand kids at the time, for a week at Disneyworld in 1999.
We purchased unit 204 week 20 in 2001 and now own the unit for weeks 19 and 20. We are excited about be able to spend 2 weeks of total relaxation at the beach! |

| TOM & ANDREA TERRELL | I first arrived at Sea Club V back in 1978 when it was called The Waters Edge Beach Resort. One of the luckiest opportunities of my youth was to be able to work for Tony R. during two summers off from college. What a great place it continues to be. The best beach anywhere, relaxing atmosphere, some of the friendliest people you will meet in a lifetime and so much more. My wife and I and our two daughters ages 2 and 4 stayed last April and had an exceptional vacation. We look forward to returning in 2006 and thereafter. |
| DEAN , KIM & AARON ALDRIDGE | We have come to Florida each year for the past 15 years and stayed in many different areas. But after staying at Sea Club V we decided that this was the only place to stay for total comfort and relaxation. We bought our timeshare that same year at Sea Club V and will return each year as long as we can get there from Ohio. The staff are GREAT and we love it. The room was neat and clean and all the other owners and guests were so friendly it felt as if you had known them for years. That's the way a vacation should feel. I can't wait to return in July. I can't wait until the Rowland's buy here. |
| BRAD NEFF | We bought our first unit (201) during pre sales when Sea Club V was brand new. When we moved to Gulf & Bay Club we felt we no longer neede a timeshare on the same island as Home. That was a big mistake! We missed Sea Club V so much we bought another 2 weeks this year (111) and convinced our daughter to buy the same 2 weeks in another unit (118). The staff is pretty much the same staff as when we bought the first unit, which tells you something about the stability of Sea Club V. Like Eddie Albert used to say about Green Acres, Sea Club V is The Place to Be, and Sea Club V IS Home!! |
| RON AND JOANN KELLER | WE LOVED IT THERE AND EVEN SHARED IT WITH OUR 75 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER. WE HAD THE PENTHOUSE UNIT THAT FACES THE GULF AND ENJOYED BREAKFAST OUT ON DECK WITH OUR TWO SMALL (3&7)CHILDREN AND OUR GRANDMOTHER. WE ALSO GOT TO EXPERIENCE A TROPICAL STORM BUT ENDURED AS STAFF AND OTHER OWNERS CONVERSED AND RELAXED EA OTHER. THE BEACH IS RIGHT AT YOUR DOORSTEPS. OUR FONDEST MEMORIES 13YRS LATER WAS WALKING OUR DAUGHTERS AFTER DINNER ALONG THE BEACH WITH THE SUN SETTING AND, MY HUSBAND AWAKING BETWEEN 5 AND 7AM TO WALK OUT INTO THE GULF ALONG WITH THE OTHERS TO FISH. THE BEST WAS WE HAVE A AUNT WHO RESIDES IN NAKOMIS, WHICH IS 20 MIN.S SOUTH OF RESORT AND AN AUNT WHO LIVED IN BRADENTOWN WHICH WAS 30 MIN. NORTH. LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING BACK INTO SAME UNIT WITH OUR 18-MONTH OLD GRANDDAUGHTER. THANKS RCI. |
| JOHN MOSCATELLO | This was our second year as being guests at SeaClub V and we hope to enjoy many more to come. The views are breathtaking, especially sunsets, and the weather was excellent. My family and I could not have asked for a more enjoyable and fun place to stay.

| ELAINE MILLER | I have been coming to Sea Club V since I was three with my grandparents, Fred and Elaine Miller. The unit was bought in thoughts of me, as I have cerebral palsy. I took some of my first steps on that beach. Walking through it was the best physical therapy ever. Today I am strong and will be 24 years old with kids of my own. And I hope my children will get to experience the love, friendship and good times that I have over the years. Sea Club V is not just a vacation to me but my inspiration. | JIM & MARYANN BEILSTEIN | We have been owners since 5/91 and in the past 12 yrs. have purchased a total of 3 units in week 20 and 2 in week 21.
At first we went alone and loved the place and the people staying and working there so much, we brought our kids. They felt the same and enjoyed their stay so much, they started coming every year. Now all 4 of our grandchildren are coming as well, and beginning at Christmas , start asking , how many sleeps till they go to the beach house. This is the family vacation they have known since they were born.
My oldest son Greg Pogue, owns his own unit in week 20 and my daughter & second son and their families are hoping to buy their own as well.
We feel like we are letting out a well guarded secret,since friends have come with us and now they will be part of our family yearly trip.
We can't say enough about the ammenities, beach, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. We have made a lot of good friends there and watched their families grow as well.
This is more then just a timeshare vacation, it's a wonderful reunion we wouldn't trade for anything.!!! |

We loved it so much, we bought a unit seven years ago and haven't missed a year yet. The staff is friendly and professional and the complex gets better every year. If you are interested in buying a timeshare on Crescent Beach, this is the place. Our seven year-old son has learned more about nature and the environment than he would in any school. | Dusing Family | Our family has enjoyed Sea Club V for 20 years. The management and staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The units have always been well maintained, clean and comfortable. Every year we arrive in late June and also in mid-October. Over the years we have developed many friendships with other families who also continue to vacation at Sea Club V. Our 7 children, who are now grown up, still love to come back to Sea Club V with their own families to enjoy all that Sea Club V has to offer. We enjoy the weekly beach cookouts, taking the catamaran out on the beautiful waters of the Gulf, and taking long walks on the beach. No other beach can compare to the beach on Siesta Key. The sand is the whitest, finest and cleanest sand around. Don’t miss the sunset, it is beautiful! |
