confirm weekly reservation. Rental balance due upon arrival.
$250 security deposit required upon arrival. Security deposit
is not applicable toward rent. MasterCard, Visa and Amex accepted. |
| Refunds: |
45 day cancellation refund of deposit unless unit
week is re-rented for the entire week at the original rate. A
$50 administrative fee will be charged on all cancellations. |

Weekly maid service is provided at no charge
for 2 week stay or more. |

| Assigned Parking: |
Only one assigned parking space per unit.

Monday thru Friday, 8am to 8pm; Saturday
8am to 10pm; Sunday and Holidays 9am to 3pm. |

Sorry, no pets, motorcycles, motor homes,
campers, boats and/or trailers. Rates subject to change
without notice. All rates subject to Florida Sales Tax and
County Resort Tax. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to
Saturday.
Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out time prior to 10am.
